1. 打開 MurMur Echo，進入「設定」。
2. 點「永久刪除這個空間」。
3. 輸入確認文字後按「永久刪除」。

In the app

1. Open MurMur Echo and go to Settings.
2. Tap "Permanently delete this space".
3. Type the confirmation word and tap "Delete permanently".

刪除後會發生什麼

安全與營運紀錄	不含 Email 或日記內容

刪除空間不會取消訂閱。訂閱請到 Apple 或 Google 的帳號設定取消。

What happens next

Data	What happens
Diary, recordings and settings on the device	Deleted immediately
Your diary, space and preference settings in the cloud	Kept for 30 days, during which signing in with the same Recalls Key restores them; permanently erased after that
Your email address	Erased when the last space under that email is erased
Subscription and purchase records, the count of free AI trials	Kept, to honour subscriptions and prevent abuse, under an identifier that cannot be turned back into your email
Security and operational logs	Never contain an email address or diary content

Deleting a space does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings.

無法使用 App 時

請用該空間的 Email 寄信到 support@murmurecho.com，主旨寫「刪除資料」。我們確認寄件地址後，會在 30 天內把該 Email 下的所有空間標記刪除，之後依上表處理。

If you cannot use the app

Email support@murmurecho.com from the address the space uses, with the subject "Delete my data". Once we have confirmed the sender, we mark every space under that email deleted within 30 days, and it is then handled as above.
